DIY: Crank pulley bolt tool......$6 bucks
I found a way to make a cheap hub holder tool. I use dit on my honda this weekend with no problems. Parts to buy are as below. This work son a 01 civic with the 50MM hub hex insert.
1) 1.5 inch hex bushing from home dpot. Can be galvanized or just black metal.

2) Smallest coupling they have that is 1.5 inches.

Combine the two together and put them on tight. The hex end goes inside the hub's hex holder. Youll have to let the engine down just a bit to clear the coupling. Then you use a pipe wrench to hold it still against the lower A-arm. Use a 3/4 breaker bar with a cheater pipe and 19mm impact socket on the hub bolt and it comes off .
If you dont get the adapetr and the coupling on tight it will spin on the engine until it tightens itself up but you should be good to go.
