Water infiltration

I have water infiltrating my 2002 civic sedan. When it rains my passenger side floor mat gets soaked with water. Where do you think the water is getting in through?

Re: Water infiltration

Probably through a hole in the weatherstripping. Check the stripping around the door and make sure your seals are intact.

Re: Water infiltration

I have the exact same thing in my 04 ex sedan. What do you think it is guys? I had splash guards installed last spring but can't get a look in the wheel well cause of all the snow. Haven't had any rain in months and doubt snow would melt into my window or door and get into the floor,(it's garaged at night). Where shoud we look?

Re: Water infiltration

Check the weather stripping in both the front and back doors because it could be on the front or on the back and just running down and to to the front.
