acceleration noise
what are some possible reasons why there is a 2 second rattling noise when a car stops and accelerates again? The noise goes away after 2 seconds until the car stops at a light and accelerates again. The motor mounts were recently changed because of the erratic vibration of the car. Brought it to 3 different mechanics and they all don't know why. It appeared after changing the motor mounts (professionally). Please take a look and listen to this video I recorded
for a better idea of what the sound is like (sometimes theres a hum like in the video, and sometimes more of a clicking rattle (not in the video) ) Also when the car is on but on park, the fan and engine is a lot louder than before.
