Question about shop doing my transmission (manual)

Im my input shaft bearing and throwout bearing replaced and they're telling me they want to put another $200 in bearings and seals into the transmission. My thoughts are it's just a bunch of BS added on top. What else do you really need to replace in the transmission? Input shaft bearing, throwout and clutch assembly? Those are what fails correct? I don't know, let me know your opinions.
