HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!
welp i jsut took my car in and they informed me that my bushing on my lower control arm was shot and that was making a rattling noise under my front passenger wheel area, My question is can i just replace the bushing??or will i need to replace the whole arm control? either way i need to find a replacement my dealer wants 201 ofr a new one, i was wondering if i would be able to find something a little more heavy duty than the OEM replacment since i obviously drove this one to hard, any ideas please let me know.

they say they won't cover it under warranty due to abuse...its been doing it since i got the car only happens when i hit a puddle of water...but i'm a dumb@$$ and i've had the car a little over a year and never said anything till i took it in yesterday morning
Fight for it man... that's what warranties are for. Your car is only 1 year old. Call Honda of America customer relations if you have to and get them involved -- they tend to be a bit better towards customers than the dealerships. You never know... you just may get everything covered by your warranty.

If I were you, I would take it to another dealer and see if they can fix the problem. The car is still under warranty. I can't believe that hard driving could of caused this. Honda is just BSing you around. If you take it to another dealership and they will not fix the problem then call American Honda and b!tch about it.
The bottom line is, you shouldn't have to pay for something that is covered under warranty.
Another approach you can use, is to tell the service representative that you would like to speak to the General Manager and also to give you the regional manager contact information. Keep insisting that the car is under warranty and you should not have to pay for anything. If they keep feeding you the BS about the abuse, keep telling them that the car is under warranty and you should not have to pay for anything.
You have to let them know that you are no fool and you are not going to take their crap.
Fight for what you believe in.
I think that the proof is in the pudding. Are the bushings on both sides bad?

That's exactly what you should say: question them as to why it would be on one side only. And NEVER admit that you drive your car hard, because dealerships usually can not prove this 100%. Just say you drive normally within speed limits.
And tell them too that you've heard noise ever since you first got the car when driving in puddles (like you said), but never thought it was serious enough to bring in.

<< yeah...they only thing that shows that i drove it anything morethan normal is that my front tires were pretty bald....they said 1/32 left on it >>
if they are stock firestones, then that isnt really abnormal for a year of driving, those tires are sh*t. take it to another dealer, and if they say the same thing, remind them that honda gave you a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, not a 1 year warranty. also maybe you should replace the tires before you take it in (you should anyway, those tires arent the safest thing when they are new, they are probably downright dangerous to drive on when they are that low)
