I am selling a SET of 04 civic coupe OEM tail lights. I won't split them up though. Not sure if you need both or not though.
As far as the bumper goes check ebay. I was looking into this before. I could get an already painted from bumper for about $275 including shipping. They had amazing feedback too. Just something to consider.

wow 275 isnt bad.. i work at a dealership and i get the honda parts discount..
the tail lights would be 90.00 each and the rear bumper would be 189
