01 civic steering & clicking sound

01 civic steering & clicking sound

I have a 2001 honda civic and when i drive forward or reverse i hear a clicking sound. Also my bigger problem is if im driving really slow or at a stop turning the wheel either left or right i hear a clicking/lightly popping sound. Anyone know wut this is? please help its really annnoying me. Thanks!

is your car lowered? If so then the springs were put in worng. Re install them. If its not lowered then check your cv's
