TPS at WOT should typically be at 5 volts! Also, last time I checked honda riveted the TPS to the throttle bodies. So if you had to remove it you might have damaged it? What was the exact code?

The Code Was A Po507 , The Tps Volts Are Set At .50 And The Map Is At 1.98 Volts. I Beleive The Iac Valve Is Faulty ,used The Hds System From The Honda Dealer And Tested The Iac Valve . Failed The Test. Will Replace Tomorrow And See If It Cures The Idle Problem And Completed The Idle Learn Procedure.
