Rear Bumber Removal for Popping out a Dent
Rear Bumber Removal for Popping out a Dent
Hello,
Haven't visited here since it was changed from 7thgencivic.com.
Anyway, I thought there was a DIY or something on removing a coupe bumper, but I haven't been able to find it. Anyone link it to me?
I need to pop out a dent in the corner - Any tips on doing so? I was going to use a heat gun on the inside to warm it up enough to pop it back out. Thats about all I know, but any more advice would be cool
Thanks

I think you're still going to end up having to fill it, it's not gonna be smooth even if you pop it out. Then again, after getting it painted, it might just be cheaper to replace it. Check the FS threads.
My bumper isn't in that great of shape to begin with. It already has some little dings from the previous owner, so if I were to invest any money I would just replace it all together. I just want that annoying looking dent to at least be more subtle than it is.
