Apexi' V-AFC II Problem

Apexi' V-AFC II Problem I've just recently installed a V-AFC II on my 2001 civic and when i went to test it out it works great for like 2 mins (literally) and then the throttle goes dead at 4000rpm and then drops to 3500rpm. The check engine light is also on from since the installation. The help would be greatly appreciated!!!
