Damaged rear bumper cover

I had someone hit my rear bumper cover in a very low speed crash....and the damage consisted of a messed up bumper cover which was pushed forward and out of the mounting tabs on the side that was hit. I took it for an estimate ($750) and was told that I should get a new bumper cover and the other part was "LT spacer", which I do not know what that is, as I have never taken the bumper cover off.

1. what is a "LT spacer"?

2. does any one have a parts diagram of the damaged area? I bought a Haynes Service manual, but it's not detailed enough to see what I want to see.

Also, thanks to this site, I found several bumpercovers on ebay. A new painted one costs around $350, shipped....is that the best I'm gonna do???
