Rep Power: 251 rattling noise in OEM muffler
i installed my OEM exhaust back on and its making a rattling tin can noise (like a small rock) inside my muffler/axel back. when i look through the canister, its just a straight pipe with a honey comb style muffler deep inside and it looks like i wont be able to remove the small object by shaking it off. i would like to know what can i do about this?
the rattling happens during idle (where its real loud at most) and at 2k rpm

Rep Power: 251 heat shield eh? ill definately check that out.
update: i took a better look and turns out the springs that sit inbetween the axel back and mid pipe were loose. and to think of it, i might have took the springs/bolts from my OEM rsx muffler which is shorter than the civic ones.

Rep Power: 287 and if its the heatshield... use a screwdriver to just bend it a little and it will stop..
theres better ways of doing it.. but that way works the fastest
