i have a 2001 honda civic ex and at idle espeically and driving the car shakes through out the whole car dash, shift ****, seats and steering wheel noticeable the most? its not a real bad vibration but just enough to annoy you. I'm guessing its motor mounts or exhaust, but i did check the motor mounts dont seem bad, and couldn't see anywhere where the exhaust is making noise or touching the car that i could be able to see? Anyone got ideas y or solutions to fix this problem? I would appreciate it a lot.

Auto or manual? Did you look closely at the front motor mount? Try to shine a flash light down to see if it’s cracked.

I looked at the motor mounts a little bit. Where are they all located at? and i see one that is right by the timing belt, as soon as you open the hood, on the top right side, the rubber thing is cracked, torn up could that be the problem?

There is a front mount, 1 mount on each side and one rear. If the rubber is cracked it will shake. Chances are if one of your side mounts are torn, the front and rear ones are bad too.
