double start anyone???

hey guys,

its been happening for awhile now.. sumtimes when i go to start my car, it wont start.. i have to turn it to "off" and then turn it to "on" position and wait til it stops beeping and all the lights settle, then i can start it with ease...

does anyone know why this is happening? i dunt have much hooked to my battery.. i just have HIDs connected to the battery, and two 6" neons connected to my cig lighter... and a RSM to the ECU, and thats about it...

do you think if I did they battery "Grounding", it will help???

thanks for looking guys....

the way you described it sounds like you have fuel bleeding off somewhere. If this happens everytime you start, I would suspect a component leaking. like a fuel injector or fuel bleeding back into the tank. turning it on and waiting you are energizing the fuel pump for a few seconds thus putting fuel back into the rail.

probably the immobilizer. check to see if a little green key shaped light on the dash flashes as you are cranking it.
