Steering Wheel Clicking

Ok this has been happening for about half a year and I can't figure it out. My steering wheel will make clicking noises when my signals are on and it will make a click noise every 90 degrees I turn the wheel. If I make a turn without putting the signal lights on then it will not make a click at all. I believe if it was a torn CV boot then it would making clicking no matter what. Anyone have the answer?

It may have something to do with the parts used to self cancel the signal lever once the steering wheel is turned the other way after the turn.

I was thinking that my 05 makes a similar sound, I will check it.

Thanks, Let me know.
I am starting to think that maybe it always made that noise since I bought the car.

I listen to other cars I am in when they turn and don't seem to notice it. Are you sure?
