hey all, got my civic back in 01 august, have about 12000 miles on it, drives fine, no rattling, brake smells, but you know what, some kid said his clutch wasnt kickin in until like letting it all out, i wanna get a new clutch later so i get the firmer feeling, but ive noticed the same thing on mine, clutch not engaging until i let it all the way out, maybe im just stressin this too much, i mean only happens sometimes, other than that my car is great no problems, no rattling, no break smells, but wow i love the car

I drive an '02 Ex coupe with 2700 miles on it- bought her in Jan. The only problem I've had is a small one..... but still annoying. There has been a small faulty part in my trunk latch, that causes my trunk to pop open every once and a while, and it usually wont close once it does. It also takes like 3 tries to close the trunk because of this piece, but I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow, so it's all good!

hey, i got the same problem with my trunk too! Let me know what the dealer says. I think I'll take my in also sometime this week. Its not a major problem - just more of a annoyance.
i got mine in october, and its got 5k now: i've had intermittant problems with shifting (its pops out of 1st, and up- or down-shifting into 2nd is rough), but after a few good potholes the steering/handling really sucks: even after an alingment it's really loose and sloppy (maybe the bad struts from the '01s are still around? that might explain the popping noise when i'm parking)
