clutch/release fork problems? what a bad day...8(

my clutch was squeeking and i was gunna just lube the slave cylinder rod to stop the squeek but i ended up taking everything apart. The problem i have is that the rod does not go back in properly

Everything goes it normally but when i try to put the bolts back into the block that holds the slave cylinder, it does not align properly because of the rod.
Also, i believe that the release fork seems kinda loose, I didnt really see how stiff/loose it was in the first place but now that i feel it, it doesnt really have much stiffness to it.

I dont know whats wrong with it, anyone have any input?

im not sure if the slave cylinder isnt pushed in all the way but the rod that pushes the fork seems too long and when i put everything back together, it pushes the cylinder too far back, and it doesnt wanna align. Anyways, i brought it to a friends shop to check it out, im pretty sure it just needs a good bleeding and the piston will go in.

Can anyone check how far the piston in the slave cylinder goes in?
Im just glad that the fork isnt messed up, cuz then it'll be a pain to take apart the tranny. 8(

open the bleed valve with the clutch pedal down and push the rod back in. Then bleed your little heart away. done.

all the way to the base, you are going to push alot of fluid out so keep and eye open when you are doing it.
