Need Help With No Power!

i was removing some of the wiring i had done a while ago that hooked a switch up to some neon lights while listening to the cd player when all the sudden my cd player looses power. i turn the car two the 2nd switch position so that the battery is on but the engine isn't, and i turn on the cooler, but it won't work. i turn the car off completely, then turn it all the way on and try the cd player and cooler, but it still didn't work. my power windows, wipers, interior lights, cluster lights all work. but my cd player, a/c / heater, 12v lighter don't work! how can i fix this fast?!!

please guys i need to get this solved quick.

Thanks in advance

i don't have a manual, that's what i was just lookin for online. i looked at both fuse locations but i'll go out there again right now and check em all.

i checked #4 and #12, they're working. is there something i have to do to reset the a/c or anything like that?

can anyone help me out?

FINAL EDIT:

alright i got it all fixed. i hit up the fagz at autozone and the guy was like "yea i reckon it's that blower of yours" so i ssay something like "i'm pretty sure that's not the problem, i almost never use my A/C and it's a fairly new car, and i think that it has to be a blown fuse considering alot of my other accessories had their fuses blown today as well" so then i leave thinking that if i spent any more time there i would just go down the wrong path.

so i come back home and check the relays one more time, that didn't work so i just sit in desperation and then i try adjusting my mirrors. that didn't work so i instinctively looked at the relay, and it was ofcourse blown. i swap the fuse, turn the car on, and adjust the windows. now at this point whenever i would turn the car on i would always check to see if the A/C would turn on. i swear i coulduv put more anti-freeze in my car but i still woulduv checked to see if the A/C was fixed.... but yea, i try the A/C and it WORKED!?

who knew changing a blown R/S Mirror fuse would have an impact on the A/C?

the reason why i was in such a hurry today was because i have to drive teh family like 1.5 hours away to some big Iranian party and i knew mom would want the A/C on.

anyway, thanks alot for your help gearbox.

nothing worked. i would turn the ****, and nothin would happen. i'd press the "A/C" button and nothin would happen. i mean there would be no sound and there would be no air blowing. i got it though.
