i know this may sound stupid, but i ordered an obx header and resonator/downpipe, and it didn't come hardware or gaskets. the parts are for ex, i have a dx/vp and it wanted to know if oem bolts and gaskets, if i were to order them from say majestic honda should work. thanx

For gaskets the only one that will work from Honda is the one between the head and the header flange (exhaust manifold gasket). What kind of flanges are they? flat? or is it the ones that mate into each other like a swivel type? You could always buy gasket material for the downpipe flanges and make your own. O'Reilly Autoparts has that in 1'x1' sheets. As for bolts, just visit your local harware store and pick up some that will fit in the holes and if you need, bring the parts with you so you can see that they fit properly. easy peasy lemon squezzy.

Also be forewarned, the downpipe and thing may not bolt up perfectly to your current setup.

My obx header came with a new gasket, and my downpipe came with 2 new bolts. You'll need to get a new gasket for the top part of the header(i'm pretty sure), but for where the header goes into the downpipe i reused the gasket from the stock parts. The two bolts i also reused.
