Question Weird performance problem

Ok I just got my 01 civic coupe back from the honda dealer. I took it there to get the SRS light fixed, my power door locks fixed, and new battery put in.
Driving it home I noticed the car is much more unresponsive and sluggish now. When it used to accelerate nice and quick it now feels very crippled.
Even with the gas pedal fairly far pressed, the car gains rpms very slowly, almost like its struggling to get into the higher rpms.
I have no idea what could have caused this, and I'm kinda afraid this is a total newbie question.
But what do you guys think is the cause of this?

Also I have an Injen cold air intake, dc sports headers, and thermal R&D cat-back exhaust.
