Water leaking from dash on to passenger side floor

Water leaking from dash on to passenger side floor
I have a problem with water leaking from I assume the blower motor or evap box of the AC onto the floor of my 2002 civic.
I was wondering if anyone had a removal / cleaning / reassembly procedure and could help me out on how to open the box to vacuum it out and get the water out and find what is blocking the drain.
