Wierd electrical problem.

I removed a Prestige alarm from my 2001 Civic LX 2 Dr. In the daytime, putting on the brakes causes the dash lights to come on. At night with the lights on, putting on the brakes causes the dash lights to go out. Anybody got any input on this or know where I can download a wiring diagram?

dealer should have an electrical service book, but idk how that can happen. there is only one wire that is actually cut i think with alarm install.everything else should've been spliced.
