how do you turn off maintenence required light???

instead of telling you to search, i'm just gonna tell you. i did this a while back on my old em2 ... hopefully this is it.
1. while your car is OFF , hold down the button that resets your Trip A/B counter thing (it's the button on the right on your instrument cluster.. speedometers tachs w/e)
2. put your key in the ignition and turn it to the on position (II). it's the position before you start your car.
3. as you're holding the reset button, after 20 seconds the Maint Req'd should turn itself off.
