Window Problem...

Window Problem...
Both of the rear windows are not working right. The right rear window will not go up or down and it is stuck in the middle... I have to use clamps to clamp it up so rain will not get in... the left rear window makes a pretty loud clicking noise as i row it up and down... someone told me that the right rear fell off the chain or whatever.. i have no idea how to fix it.. anyone have any info...
