my bud with a 01 LX has told me the engine speed of the car would drop to the point where the car shutters everytime he put the car into neutral. A split second later, the car idles fine again. He told me this happened after he installed a Neuspeed strut bar and changed headlight bulbs. I'm not too sure about this, but I think there can be atleast a few things to consider/look into... I was thinking vacuum hose but not sure..... can someone give me some advice?

I wish I knew, mine does the exact same thing. Humor me and tell me if his engine makes a clicking sound because I was thinking mine is valve timing since I allready did the idle air control valve cleaning. That could be his problem??

When I had my Civic, mine made a clicking sound from day 1.... not sure if my friend's engine does the same... I'll have to ask.
