Its just condensation that is starting to mildew, its smells terrible. Before you get out of your car, turn the heater on for about 30 seconds, that should take care of it.

Does your car have A/C air filters built into the dash? If it does.. I noticed my car smelling the same way, turns out there was condensation, leaves, and mold sticking to the filters i went and bought new ones from honda and it was great after that. The only shitty thing is that they last about 1 year, that is it.

Yeah, when your car is warmed up just let the heater run for about 30 seconds. That should do it for ya. I do it each time I turn my car off after running the a/c. I was getting tired of that smell too.
