Misfire out of ideas!!!!

Misfire out of ideas!!!!
ok so yesterday we hooked my car up 2 the scanner and it threw the code loss of compression cylinder 1...due to spark plugs so i put new spark plugs in it...check engine light came back on this morning and it then threw the code misfire cylinder 1... checked the coil packs resistance,head gasket, valve cover gasket,intake manifold gasket...and had the stethascope to see if the injectors were functioning properly, and checked the compression everything was right were it should be but yet i am having a serious misfire please help

swap a coil from another cylinder to the problematic one. see if the problem travels with the coil.

95% of the time you need a new coil....

i have to agree. if you tried everything but the coil then its the coil

i actually forgot to say that i did check the resistance of it all the same
