Replacing bulbs in the Gauge Cluster?

Replacing bulbs in the Gauge Cluster?
It seems somehow the upper half of my Tach has gone dim, the 3000-5000RPM range. The bulb in there must have burned out. Is it difficult to get back there and change the bulb out, or do I need to get an entire new cluster?
