So I have taken my neuspeed upper strut bar on and off trying to find a rattle under the hood...Well to make a long story short..I have stripped the nuts and bolts on each side. The only 2 that arn't stripped are the 2 that we don't touch....
How in the world do I replace the hardware and how do I get to them? How much do you think Honda will charge to fix?
Thanks in advance for your time and help!

Go to Majestic Honda and order the two top parts of the strut assembly.
Take a grinder and carefully grind the tops off, remove the struts, disassemble the struts, reinstall the new tops, install the struts. Get car realigned.

you wont be able to do it yourself, the shocks need to be removed and then the springs removed from the shocks...if you dont want to goto honda goto an independent garage.
should be a few hours of work.

Yeah I called honda and according to the computer it's an 1 and half hours = around 120 bucks and then about 60 in parts...
They said it wasn't safe to drive but I have no choice...Takes 2 days for the parts i.e. upper mounts to come in
I have tried to put washers on it but they just sit a spin on the stripped mount bolt...so they really arn't holding anything tight
So for now I'm rolling with 2 stripped out of 3 on each side...Feels a little funny loose, but I'm just going to a from work only (12 miles each way) until Friday when I can get it fixed

Wait...Wait...What did you say? All you have to do is do the normal strut removal, but instead of removing the bolts the old fashioned way, you're going to have to dremel the entire studs off. It should add all of 10 minutes to a normal strut removal. The top portion of the strut is something that can be replaced without replacing the struts or springs.

Yes, you will need to replace top strut mounts to run reliably and safe.
You can try machine shop to cut new threads and then use different set of heavy duty nuts.
I also have/had neuspeed strut tower bar and you need to loose all bolts for it to be installed, otherwise - unfourtunately we already know what may happen.

That is what I said in my post. A chaser is a thread cutter.
