Intake.....

soo i installed my intake..... works great and all but when i drive.... i smell burning rubber.... you think its the hose i connected the intake too or should i get a another hose made of something else?????

why dont you check under your hood and make sure none of the hoses are pinned against the intake or any other hot surface. do this before you start buying more hoses. you may just need to re-route a hose.

ohhh yea maybe.... cause i have my intake on top of the hoses.... its not pinned.... soo i should just remove all the pins and put the hoses over the intake?????

if I remember correctly, the hoses go over the intake anyway. they go over the stock one, so should be the same with the aftermarket intake.

i think the problem was i forgot to clamp done the hose from intake to engine...... ill give it a tryy
