Exhaust!!!!!

I Own a 03 Honda Civic HX,Currently I have a Skunk 2 Mega Flow Exhaust thats right but its only made for the "EX" I havn't had any trouble with it but I would love to know the difference in the two ehxaust systems. For future reference cuz i want to sell it cheap cuz I'm not impressed with the Sound. So any body in the Cincinnati Area its up for grabs!!!! I looking at a different exhaust system an they said it was only for the ex again....
