E-Manage: VTEC Not Working

E-Manage: VTEC Not Working Hi!
The PnP Harness for the e-Manage (Blue) is working great but now I'm having an issue and I really need your help.
I have that famous Error 14 for VTEC Input Error and a CEL Code. In the Real Time Monitor I can see the Input going from Lo->Hi and Hi->Lo rapidly even while idling. I did a search but what I've seen is that it have been discussed, but I have not found any real fix.
Car does feels as if VTEC engages @ 4,800rpm or so but still having those errors and I don't want to screw anything.
Please let me know what can I do?
Rotary Switches settings: 4-8-E
