01 Exhaust
You know just yesturday I cut out the resonator(Silencer) on my exhaust and it sounds great I dont know the name of the muffler that I have installed I got it at a local muffler shop and they actually let me hear it before it was installed, I liked it and bought it. It has about a 3 1/2 inch output and the muffler actualy looks like carbon fiber in the middle of it instead of all chrome. I hope you guys understand sorry if theres any confusion......Anyways my question is Since I removed the Resonator its pretty loud and I dont mind it but I love it....But I lost the silencer for it and i would like to put it in say like late at night if I go out so I wont get bothered by the cops, is there anyway I can get a replacement of the silencer or do I have to get a whole new muffler? I have also noticed a little more gain without the resonator and stock muffler? Who knows maybe its just me.
Another question my Civic has about 45,000 miles on it and I just noticed that when I make a right turn only a right it makes this clicking noise.....Would that be the right axel or something? Is there anyway to check to see if it went bad? or is there anything I check for? Thanks guys I really enjoy this site and I thankyou all.

1. you won't notice a 1-3 hp gain unless your whole body is one giant nerve ending....
2. the clicking has to have more description to it rather than jsut right turns...all the time? when its cold? only when it's raining?
3. if you replaced only the bean-can then no you cannot reinstall the resonator cuz thats what you removed its called a muffler for a reason...might be possible to find a universal 'silencer' to put in the end of the pipe but I highly doubt it....
now if you mean the airbox resonator inside the engine bay just go to a honda dealership and get a replacement shouldn't be more than $100
