Problem with headlight

I was in a accident where my dumb **** brother floored his truck into my car that was parked(don't ask). Well the collision shop replaced my front bumper, left headlight and grill. six months later with our first big rain I noticed my right headlight is fogging up, has water dropplets in it, and has what looks like dust inside of it. I went to the collision shop once again and they told me they didn't do anything to the right headlight other than remove it when they replaced the bumper.

My question is is there anyway the leak in the headlight could be their fault? When you remove the headlights do they not seperate into two peices? Is that where they could have messed up my headlight?

well from the look of it, it looks as if the actual headlight has pits in it making it look hazey and dirty

They dont take the headlight apart to take it out. Its just held in by 2 or 3 bolts and comes right out. Like they say above, just go to Home Depot and buy some caulk or silicone and reseal it yourself. Its easy.
