Noise from front passenger wheel??

Noise from front passenger wheel?? Everytime I drive there's this clunking noise on the passenger front wheel suspension. I don't know what it could be?? I can hear it everytime I hit a bump or the road is uneven? Could it be my shocks or my cv joint?? Is there any way to check it without taking it to a shop??
