Piping Hangs Low & Frame Pos. bend, Why? Pics Included Pipe hangs low and scratches all the time. I thought I fixed it but I guess not. Part of the frame looks bent. Hope pics are good enough for ya'll to see. Help me out, please.

The frame is suppose to be like that.
It gives the pipe clearence
Check to see if the pipe hangers are connected to the pipe.
Maybe the hanger mounts broke off the pipe
