Ok so I don't know exactly where it's coming from. Somewhere under the hood. When I'm driving and hit around 2500 RPM I get a high pitched vibration sound. It doesn't do it if i'm in neutral except at maybe 6-7000 rpms. It keeps doing it as long as I hold it at 2500 RPM. Seems like its slowly getting worse. Since I can't listen for it when it's parked I'm having trouble figuring it out. I can't find anthing wrong when examining the engine and exhaust. Any ideas???

high pitched? Or is it more like a buzzing? I had that coming from the center console and I replaced 2 of my motor mounts and it went away so check your mounts......

my guess is a heat shield... I've got one vibrrating at about 3k on my GSR.

Take a long stick, shove it under your car and hit the cat, see if it rattles. From the pics in your sig, it looks like you don't have any heat shields around you header.

More questions:
Does it go away in different gears?
Does it go away when the RPM's get highers, if so when does it stop.
If it does stop, does it do suddenly or slowly die away?

my hood used to vibrate cause it was loose. try turning the rubber stoppers so it sits lower and closes more tightly.
