exhaust rattle

I have a random tech. cat and a apexi n-1 cat-back. It only rattles during idle and downshifts, should i just get my pipes bent.

piping is too big, but a muffler shop should be able to bend it. its most likely the exhaust hitting the rear sway bar.

its actually hittihg right behind the cat, right where the pipe first bends down.
