well, yesterday i found out that when i push my panic button, nothing happens anymore. it's not like i use it or anything, but if i find something wrong, i'd like to have it fixed ya know? so what could be wrong with it? my alarm still works, so i dunno whats wrong.

oh, i was playing around with that button that i have under my dash (the one thats used for valet parking? i dunno what its called). could that be the reason why when i push my panic button nothing happens?

btw..i tried pushing the panic button on both of my remotes, so i dont think that its the remotes problem.

did you try holding it down? It doesnt work if you just press it down, you have to hold it for like 2-3 seconds.

What valet switch?

yup, i held it down for a while. but nothing...

and a while back i posted a pic of this "unknown" button that i had under my dash, i was told that it was a valet switch (i guess its to disable the alarm if i ever get valet parking?). when i finally decided to try it last week, all i heard was "click click" when i pushed it. it sounded like the "click click" you get when you push the unlock button when the car is already unlocked.

nothing exciting happens...plus if i saw someone breaking into my car i'd beat the living sh*t out of them wanyways.
