HELP, still no pressure, all new parts!

I put in a new clutch, pressure plate, had the flywheel resurfaced (done very very nicely), new clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder. I have bleed the slave so many times, there was no air in there, just cant get pressure on the pedal.

WHAT DO I DO!?!? Its been over 2 months since my car has driven, well normal, and over a month since its driven at all. I need this fixed so I can sell my car ASAP. Nothing is working, we put all new parts in, I have 2 people that work at Midas helping me out on this. Theyve been working on cars for well over 20 years. They cant figure it out. They dont like flushing our lines they say. They said its a pain in the ***.

What else can I try? How EXACTLY are you supposed to bleed the clutch slave. Pump pedal 3 times, than leave pressed down, open valve, pull pedal up, close valve? Something like that I believe? Any help would be awesome, so I can get into a MS Protege. I really like those cars, and theyre faster stock than my car started out.

PLEASE HELP. I HAVE TONS OF POINTS I DONT USE! Ill hook you up if you tell me what else I can check or what the prob is, just remind me if I forget the points, lol.

Peace

edit- We ripped the tranny apart AGAIN, and the pressure plate is on perfect, the shift fork is on perfect, its just that the slave cylinder wont stay in, which is keeping the shift fork pressed all the way. I need it to stay in....pressure.

I am no expert at clutches, but the way you are bleeding it sounds wrong. When you depress the clutch pedal, you are supposed to open the valve to allow fluid to come out, then close the valve before you let up on the pedal. The way you are doing it is just letting air back in the system. You said you are depressing the pedal, opening the valve and then releasing the pedal and then closing the valve. Sounds like you have no pressure cause you have lots of air in the system.

Also check and see if you linkage is adjusted.

I tried every which way of opening/closing the valve, pressing/releasing the pedal. Does anybody have a diagram of the shift fork/clutch slave. Like the one you see on the screen at the Honda Dealership that shows all the parts, #'s, and where they go?

Ive been trying to get a hold of the dude with my car for the last 2 days.....tweekers. He has a pump he brought home from Midas for flushing the lines. Im not sure if he did it yet, but it should get all the air out much quicker. I need to stop by his house if I dont hear from him soon.

Im gonna print this out and make sure I do it exactly how you said. Thanks a lot!!

you dont need a pump, just get another person to help you.

We had 3 people helping. It WOULD NOT work without the pump. We had to pump like 8 or 9 bottles worth of fluid through. We use the same 2 bottles, but over and over again. It worked! Its been driving nicely for about 5 days now. Beat a Lotus Elise last night
