go into trunk left side pull away carpet and theres the cable, i think u can pull on it..to release...maybe

well worst case if your running out of gas, use a screw driver to pop that thing open, brake the platic peice. A new cable is only $38 @ honda, about an hour of labour, dont do it at honda. Go to a body shop

yeah all you gotta do is pull that cable inside the trunk that happened to me once and i had no gas i was at the gas station and i had to figure that out with no help
