well, while i drive at night, I' am noticing that my radio screen flashes sometimes...

goes on/off when im sitting at a light... sometimes when i start driving it stops

I notice that my a/c light, dims/gets brighter aswell (The green light)

I dont get it? I used to have a system, and i upgraded to the optiuma yellow top but, why would everything on my dash dim?

Could be the alternator. My voltage is fine when I crank the car cold but after i turn it on again after it's warm the voltage starts to dip just below 12v at stand still. Try doing an alternator load test to check it out.

definately your alternator. I suggest getting it fixed a.s.a.p I wasnt so lucky and was driving home to see my parents (a 20 hour drive) and in about my 6th hour my alternator died on the highway at 2 in the morning. doing 100 miles per hour the car just shut off, lost power steering and everything....

needless to say I wasnt happy

It's not showing a price for the whole unit on the parts list, but just the startor is 170 so I would say honda is going to rape you. I say post in the wanted add and see if anyone on here with an extra motor wants to sell theirs.

Well when I had to replace mine I got it done at honda and it cost $329 CAD plus labour

i got it checked out and my battery and alernator are 100% fine... must be some kind of a wire issue or electrical problem =\

its weird... only the screen on the radio and the ac light go from bright -> dim -> bright, ect

the guages or headlights dont dim at all =\
