18" wheels??? Please Help???

My question is could I roll with 18's on my 04 civic without problems? I have 17's on it right now and they look like 16's. I don't want to lower my car unless I really have to. What should I do?

it all depends on the offset, def go with 42-45mm offset, dont make the same mistake I did. Also if ur goin with 18's get a set that is LIGHT!
