Hey everyone,
Yesterday driving to my cousins house (I only go there once a year), I hit a pretty big pothole going about 60km +/- (about 40 mph?) Anyway it felt horrible like I hit something really hard .. anyway after taking a quick look, my tire looks fine and after getting back on the road I didnt notice anything wrong.. My question is: is there anything I should look at specifically to see if I broke something or prematurely wore down? Any input would be great.. Man I feel so stupid for hitting that pothole too
ruined my day.. oh btw I'm not lowered yet if that makes any difference.
Thanks
- Mike

oh alright.. is there any part of the suspension I should check? maybe CV joints or anything like that? or the main thing should be alignment/tire/rim? thanks for the quick responses!

in a few days check the sidewall of the tire and make sure you didnt seperate the belts. if they have seperated then you will see a buldge in the sidewall. you cant repair it, only replace it. thats pretty common with potholes.

Get underneath the car ..well jack it up first..and lick the flex pipe right under the manifold while its still hot.If it tastes a bit funny then something is broken for sure ...
