I went and put a new battery in my father-in-laws 98 Civic HX today and I took it for a drive around the block and I noticed when I apply the brake it feels like when you have bent rim on a bicycle. The pedal was going in and out. What do you guys think???? Rotors??? Calipers???

I had the same problem and the dealer gave me the warranty on the problem. They machined my rotors and gave me new pads.
