Take it to Honda.
If you can show them that it does it, they should replace it. I know when i went to the dealership where I got my car some guy complained about something with his seatbelt (wasnt the same thing though) and he showed them and they fixed the problem.
If its only occassional, then hope that the problem acts up in front of them!

I've never had this problem. Take it to Honda, they should fix any seat belt issue for free.

I have 85,000 Miles. I havent had a warranty in forever. I would have to pay, and I would rather pay for something else. When it breaks, Ill bring it in. Ill call my friend that works there sometime and ask him about it.

seat belts through honda have a lifetime warrentry. Unless your dog chews though it they will replace it for free. We replaced 2 seat bets the other day on a 1989 civic haha.

Mine does that too. It's just every once in a while. It's annoying though because sometimes I actually have to LOOK at what I'm doing because the damn thing doesn't wanna click.
