Question TPS/Pedal position

Got a check engine light during a trip from Florida to N.C. happened twice coming out of the mountains, Had the car checked at discount auto parts and turned out to be the throttle position sensor. Will this be covered under warranty?

thanks,
Tony Alfano

Ouch, that means the whole throttle body will have to be replaced. But everything should be under warranty if you still have it.

took it to the dealer and they could not get the check engine light to come on again. They ended up replacing the iac valve, everyrhing is fine for now.
