puddle = squeaky belt?

alright so i've searched and come up with nothing but threads on that violent exaust rattle in the B-pipe -- which my ride has recently started doing

my question is a tad different, its happening more often so I'm getting concerned

seems that when I run through a puddle at parking lot speeds (especially with the driver side tires), the car will make a squeaky belt sort of noise when i try and accelerate from that.

usually if i ease up on the gas a tad noise goes away and i'm golden, till the next puddle.

info on the car: 02 Civic LX // 85,000KM (52,000 miles) // stock as stock can be for engine components

should this be something i should be concerned of?

your belt may be a little loose and the water it causing it to slip once it's wet.
