engine problems?

I need some help/guidance from you guys. All started 2 weeks ago driving through a bad rainstorm I tried coasting over a puddle, and stalled right there. Went to the gas station disconnected my cai and took out my plugs turned the car over till all the water came out dried everything out. Then reinstalled everything except for the cai, got the car started and drove it home (10min) with the open throttle body. Next day I made sure the filter was dry and reconnected everything, and it drove fine for a couple days, except for the rpms jumping around a little after I left off the gas. Now after I start my car after it sits for a while and try to move it bog out really bad getting worse when I hit the gas. And the cai gets louder then usual making a sucking noise. After about a minute it runs but still with the jumping rpms after letting of the gas (drops down normal then raises about 1k, then drops down a little slower to idle) I took it to AutoZone they hooked it up to the obdII and the computer said the 1st o2 sensor reading had low voltage, and the 2nd high????
any ideas on what could be wrong ?.........thanks in advance for any help

Well, not really..... could be any number of things. Did you re-connect any vacuum hoses when you removed the intake? Water could have gotten into the TPS. I dunno... tough to guess at. Try just for the hell of it to reset the ecu and let it do the idle learn again.
