Tranny Fluid. What brand?

What brand did everyone change their automatic tranny fluid with?

I am assuming you went to a big city honda dealership were the prices are alot more expensive then the small city honda dealerships. Next time go to a smaller honda dealership if you have any, they usually are cheaper because they are not in the city. I paid like $2.50 for a quart of Honda ATF.

Well its not in the city or anything, but it is one of the largest Honda dealers in the US, haha. I used to have the hook-up with the guy who ran the parts counter so I figured I would be able to get a hookup, but when I went, he wasnt working there. Turns out he doesnt work there anymore (it had been a while since I had been there last).

Oh well, I had to have it today cause I leave for school Saturday morning and needed to get it done before then and today was my only free time for it.

thats why it is so expensive is because if it is a large honda dealer, they know more people will come there to get parts, which means they will jack up there prices. The little dealers know not alot of people go there so if they lower there prices, more people will come. They also have lower prices because usually people have to travel more to get there then the big city dealers.

Always use Honda ATF. I use to work at a shop and my boss said if u dont it might damage the tranny if u use anything else besides Honda cuz honda is really picky!! Especially power steering fluid!!
